Our Customer Service Division, formed by professionals of several medicine disciplines, has been offering its services to customers of commercial divisions for more than 10 years as well as to many Public and private sector companies, working as authorized or Official Technical Service for different trademarks of areas like: Dentistry medical , Veterinary, Electro-medicine, Esthetics and specialties like electronics, endoscopy, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanics, Optic and radiology.
We have built a system to provide our clients with a technical Service so personalized as your own can get (with ISO 9002 certified standard procedures), although minimizing the effort and attention required by a conventional Customer Department, for the purpose of focusing all efforts on the its natural task: development of the medical activity, sales, etc.
